Just going to add that after working with Ubi Support about this issue - they are aware of it and it has been passed to the dev team to take a look at.
Nothing more we can do now but wait!

Yep same problem, ACP never loads.
I do wish companies would not add online components to games that don't really need them, only to abandon them later leaving broken features.
