I have put in a support ticket and nothing is being said about it keep getting the same cookie cutter answers and telling me they are forwarding it to the dev team which don't care

So any news on if this issue will ever be fixed I submitted a ticket and nothing is being done. If signal can't handle the fix then take care of it ubisoft and don't support the signal team anymore.
