This is still currently being looked in to. Regretfully at this time we have no further information on this
Needing to turn the HDR option off and then back on does not sound like intended behavior. I have not seen reports of this happening with other players, so we would like to look deeper into this to...
Regretfully support do not have an "official" list of tasks needed to complete achievements.
With you getting messages about your cloud save, both issues could be linked to a connectivity issue....
