Why is this game bug ridden and so easily broken?
It is starting to seem like a theme with ubisoft games this year. I got this game expecting some awesome co-op, and crazy cool chaotic gameplay.
So heres a few of the bugs that plague me quite often.
In co-op during missions like armored transport, the driver will randomly die. The truck will not have taken any damage, no enemies in sight and the driver just dies.
I get stuck, I get stuck a lot.
When using a mortar if an outpost is taken, if I leave the mortar my view stays in the scoped view even though I am no longer on the mortar.
I take damage and cannot by any means heal or recover my health.
Missions will break and not progress if I enter the mission zone in any way other than a casual stroll (no riding elephants).
Enemies glitching and carrying a hostage who is a few feet away and floating.
So my question is: How do all these bugs get past QA? Also, why are bug filled games becoming so common place this generation? I seriously expect some bugs but the amount of bugs and the level of impact is reaching an all time high.
I love some of the Ubisoft titles, but the bugs are getting to me.
I can't even finish Farcry 4 because the game crashes every 2 min., not to mention the number of locations that you can reach but somehow can't discover, collectibles that are on the map but not actually in the world, gets extremely frustrating. The game is really laggy which makes shootouts impossible, and the story wasn't even that good, as much as I played, especially with the poorly done facial expressions. So collecting everything in the open world was one of the things that appealed to me, but it's definitely not worth it. I just wish I ran into these bugs sooner so I could have gotten my money back from Gamestop. Overall, I dislike Ubisoft. So, I'm going to have to avoid their games from here on out.
