So yeah, no response yet. Somebody from ubi should at least respond. Here is my problem. You took my money and gave me nothing in return. Fix it.
I had same problem. I bought a silver pack for CC credits Sunday night on 1/11/2014 through steam and the money left but no CC came. I thought I did something wrong cause I have bought a silver pack before and it showed up instantly so I bought another one thinking I did something wrong and still no CC. So I checked my Steam transaction history and it says I bought three packs and took out $19.99 out of my account three times. I hope someone fixes it and gives me my CC soon cause I should have $60 dollars worth coming to me and nothing yet. If this is what is going to start happening I won't buy any more packs thats for sure.
Same exact circumstances. We bought the same pack, the same night, and had the same thing happen.

Holy crap are you serious this problem is happening all over again?! What a nightmare! Just confirms I wont ever be purchasing CC again. Having to wait 20 days for my last CC purchase to be credited to my account was absurd. So nope, never again. Not only that but I didn't get any sort of compensation, apology, or even a big eff you.
Those of you experiencing this problem now, you missed out on the first round. Almost a full month before people started getting their CC. Get ready to do some hair pulling.
Same thing happen to me, 2 purchased on 10th and 13th this month, CC never come to me :mad::mad::mad:
