I keep getting an dancing-effect on my shadows in both the Himalayas and in the North. This effect seems to be unique to NVidias soft shadow.

It's a well know problem, all we can do now is just wait for a patch from ubisoft.
Apparently, it's the way it's meant to be played!
If possible please change off of soft shadows to see if it helps. If it continues, please submit your msinfo and dxdiag to the tech team directly. In the meantime, be sure that all drivers are updated. You may submit the files to your tech team via "my questions" here: https://support.ubi.com.
Soft shadows are bugged, change to Ultra. lmao.
Did Ubisoft go on vacation or something? Where is next patch? Or are they working on DLC? hahaha.. Not even funny, since I've payed for this garbage.
FIX FOV GOD DAMNIT.. EVEN CHECK POINTS ARE RESETTING TO CONSOLE-LIKE FOV.. WING SUIT. ZONE CHANGES. WEAPON ZOOM.
Softshadows + snowing = Shadows broken.
Its easy like that. I don't know why Ubi can't fix that quite fast....
Changed my shadow-settings from "Soft shadow" to "Ultra". Ultra works. The problem seems to be only with Soft shadows. I'm not sure it's as easy as Susel26 thinks. Having myself done some game-development my first guess would be broken level-geometry. Though there might be many other prossibilites.
