Did it work?

Ubisoft have given me another update......
"We have discovered that this seems to be a problem on the Sony store where the correct content is not downloading to some customers consoles. We have contacted Sony about this issue and are in the process of getting this fixed but I have been informed that you may be able to get this situation resolved more quickly if you contact Sony yourself (as they should be able to resolve this issue on a case by case basis).
Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause and I thank you for your patience whilst dealing with this issue thus far."
I've now contacted sony support awaiting a response
Anyone else bothered with Sony on this issue?
I contacted Sony already at 27th of november or so, but after some discussion they said thats a problem on ubisofts side and i should only contact them (sony) if ubisoft delegates it back to them... hrm not very useful that was at that time...
But i also suspected that somethings wrong with the PSN store file containing the season pass, in the download list for example no or a missing thumbnail is displayed, and not even the syringe mission is there. Re-downloading and reinstalling everything did not help as well...
I have the PS3 Disc EU version, and also none of the PS3 patches except 1.01.... something could be messed up in PSN as well...
So here's my e-mail to Sony.....
I purchased the season pass for Far Cry 4 on 18th November 2014, which appeared to download and install.
At the Moment we have very limited content on the Season pass until Ubisoft release it, however one mission is available with the Season Pass called "The Syringe"
So far in my game I'm two missions away from completing the main story, however in my game I've not seen the Syringe mission pop up anywhere on the map.
I've been in contact with Ubisoft who have suggested to uninstall the game & reinstall, this has not worked, in a recent update to my query Ubisoft have suggested I get in touch with Sony Directly who may be able to fix my issue,
Here is what Ubisoft said to me....

So, please can you help me?
Thanks in Advance
Here's Sony's response......
Thanks for your e-mail about your Sony Entertainment Network (SEN) account.
I can see from your e-mail that you're having some problems with your purchase from the PlayStationŽStore. To resolve this issue, please go to the Settings menu on your console and select [PSN] > [Restore Licences]. If you are still unable to access your purchased content, please contact us by phone using the contact details below so we can assist you further.
I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions please contact PlayStation Support using the contact details below or by replying to this e-mail.
Thank you,

Did they even read my email?
This is a Joke now
Hi guys
Sorry to bump the thread but I'm experiencing this problem too. I was wondering if anyone who posted in this thread has had this problem fixed? I have gone a mission or two past "A Cultural Exchange" and I haven't noticed the map icon for The Syringe mission. I have wandered around the fortress (De Pleur?) where apparently the mission should begin, although I'm not too certain I've been looking in the right place.
I have tried restoring licenses and that hasn't made a difference. When starting up the game it's still advertising the season pass and telling me to buy it from the PS store for access to the syringe mission :p Only thing I haven't tried is reinstalling the game but it seems that hasn't worked for you guys.
So, is there a fix/workaround for this? I'd quite like to have what I've paid for. I submitted a ticket but I doubt I'll hear back too quickly.
Cheers!
Anyone?
I posted this on another thread but fits here too.
I bought the Kyrat edition from Amazon on PS4 so I got the 3 Hurk missions and Blood Ruby which all worked fine, I completed them and the campaign and then bought the season pass on xmas eve but no syringe mission, no Yak farm and no new weapons. It says it's installed on my PS4. I've uninstalled the game more then once I even tried to just install the game and game and season pass (and not the separate Hurk dlc).
I really hope they get this sorted soon as apart from having my money, I'm missing The Syringe, Yak farm and weapons, but also if they don't work does that mean future DLC won't work on the season pass when they are released (I want my Yetis!!)
I should also add I also tried restoring the licences too.
Ubisoft are so useless. People have said about the problem so much and they give they same stupid response and acting like its nothing. We payed real money for nothing on top of the price of the game. And they said about all this day one content but really it was one mission.
As soon as you buy the season pass you should have The Syringe mission (after passing an early mission) then pretty sure Yak farm and the weapons should be there when you reach points in the game. But I've finished the game and side quests but not got any of that. The other missions (Prison escape, Yetis etc) come later but if the season pass doesn't work it seems unlikely we will get them.
Like has been said it's real money (that can't be refunded as it's a digital download) for something that doesn't work. From what I've read it's either an Ubisoft issue with the game or something on Sony's end with the licences maybe. Hopefully it will get sorted soon.
