"Bad image" and "Unsupported 16 bit application"
Hi, trying to start and install (?) Far Cry 4 for two days already! Downloaded everything and when it starts installing I guess I get a few error messages like "unsupported 16 bit application" and "bad image" for FarCry4.exe and some .dll files. Did everything: installed all Visual C++ (tried all), DirectX and etc., updated my videocard drivers, but still the same issue. My Windows is 64 bit, and I've no idea what's this problem is about! I've tried to fix the game a few times - every time I get the message that some files are corrupted (or smth like that), after that it begins downloading the patch, but in result I get the same error messages. Actually because of that my internet quota is already fu**ed up, so could anyone help me? Anyone has the same *hit? Ubi? Tried many soultions from internet - not working. MAde a ticket, no answer.

Ok so if your problems are the same as me some of the "corrupted" files are vcredist and directx. So what i did is go to Microsoft download site for these two files and download them. Then navigate to your game file location to where directx files are located. So for me with assassins creed unity it is "F:\Uplay\Assassin's Creed Unity\Support\Software\DirectX" and delete all those files. Then open the directx you downloaded directly from Microsoft and when it asks you where to extract them navigate to that folder in the game location and extract them into the directx folder. Then go to your location for vcredist, mine is "F:\Uplay\Assassin's Creed Unity\Support\Software\VCRedist" and delete that file and replace it with the vcredist_x64.exe you downlaoded from microsoft.
So far this has worked for getting me past the directx and vcredist problems but i am still having issues with ACU.exe and GDF.exe
