HELP with mouse camera view when walking
Hello all, I am very new to Assassin's Creed games. So far I am loving how it looks, but I am not able to slow down my mouse for a correct camera view when I am moving around. Trying to run to the target, or keep up with a person I am chasing is almost impossible. My character keeps running into people and objects and sometimes jumps up onto things and then I catch all HECK trying to get him down. All I want to do is be able to run straight and/or turn in directions that I need in order to keep up with my target. I tried lowering the Y Axis thing, but that does not seem to help. Please tell me what I am to do? Thank you in advance.
Thanks for the reply Relcuse420

Also Arno will only do one action at a time( IE. If you are in a fight with 3 or more guards, and you mash the attack button like 20 times while attacking someone and then try to parry when you see someone attack you from behind, the game will already be trying to attack 20 times and THEN parry... Arno it seems has a one track mind. You must only tell him to do one task at a time or he gets confused lol. But TBH its just that there is so much going on, as for bumping in to people... that is something you have to gain skill at... dodging them that is. Also climbing on top of thing you dont want to climb on... just make sure you dont have the free-run button held while you are to close to objects and if its unavoidable then simply hold the Free-Run Down button and not the Free-Run Up button... Unity has a slightly different free-run scheme then previous AC games.
Maybe that helps you, maybe it doesn't; know that we all receive the same problems with moving through the environment.
What I am holding down is the Shift+W and moving my mouse around (without touching any mouse buttons) so that I can move the camera as I run in various directions. I try moving the mouse as slowly as I can, but the camera zips back and forth too quickly and I lose myself on the screen :( *sighs So, I will try your Free-Run Down button thing to see if that might help me. Thanks again for your reply. :)
