So there is still a pyrosequencing option in the garage... Speculate :)
It's there to start posts like this to keep people guessing..
The pyrosequence in the garage is teams. I don't know how that will work. ;)
I want to say it's always been in the garage, but at least now it's counting down on PS4.
I've said to Kalianhagle that I think it will be some kind of social feature... The teams thing sounds realistic.
I think it will be rewards we can buy with the tournament XP, otherwise there seems little point in having prizes for placing in the high brackets if there is nothing to spend them on
I thought the title was "pyrosequencing is garbage". I concur.
Nothing there. The TC update...uplay having some cross platform tracks is nice. No weekly feed that works, no 48 hour feed,...only need "newest tracks" not new in 5 categories. No local management of track, no recent played. It goes on and on.
Who is in charge of overseeing this? Mind blowing.
Tournaments were already discussed before the game launched and how they would be carried out...this was I implemented, but doesn't do much for me. Wtf am I going to do with 1600xp points? SSX did the same thing. It got old fast.
Once again, fixing the actual problems....nah, we will add some more features (tournaments) instead of implementing needed fixes to TC.
It seems as if they're all over the grid. Just focus on a few things and create greatness, like before. This game has taken a series of detours.
I'm not try to melt or bash anyone, but seriously...who was paid to oversee TC "fixes"? A simple tip, look at Evo...copy it, then make it better. The weekly feed still doesn't work properly. Dating back to tracks in April. Embarrassing.
@vegastrash, the weekly feed is working fine, its not a top weekly like in EVO but a top trending this week and personally i like it, it gives exposure to the creators, sifts out iffy tracks and then lets them gracefully go to the way side when people are done with them, if they are being played and rated then why should they not stay. Ruby is a great track, it had a long stint on the weekly and has now passed out of it, leaving room for others. i believe it had some 60k d/l and plays (ok nowhere near the level on EVO, but this game got slammed fast and is probably still teetering on self destruction). I found the highest rated nonsense on EVO, purely because players numbers dropped like a bomb, leaving creators with no chance to get the d/l required to get in it, so it just went stale.
I've not played today, im reserving any comments on the patch/update. Im definitely going to see if the bug i reported is fixed first (i really hope so!)
