This may have already been answered, but are there are concrete dates set for any fixes for Fusion? Track Central? Multiplayer? DLC's? Anything at all?
Are we talking days, weeks, or months on improvements for Fusion?

Yes. ETA of the first patch please guys.
Why is it that the Dev's or employees seem to have a reputation of... Keeping to certain threads. 95% of threads there are BIG issues that people want answers for, they don't seem to even say 'we don't know' they just probably read it and not answer. But on a couple forums they are active and reply to people. So strange.
Make a thread that says how great they are and they will all break their necks trying to respond as fast as they can. Make a post pointing out errors/problems and it's like they have to play rock paper scissors to see who gets stuck with having to give the "we are working on it" post of the day.
I'm sure they are working on it...they would be nuts not to. God this game has waaaaay to much potential to be left on the back burner -- hopefully we will have an answer very soon...like in a few days...or hours. OMG
Let me save you the suspense.
"It'll be ready when it's ready."
tc is so bad im over it..
1 you cant find ANYTHING
2 ratings are screwed
3 no new tracks will get good ratings ever with this system
4 custom feeds despreately needs more parameters, as time, friends etc
5 after finding a good tracks and spending time to get a good run only to find out the game decided not to save your run into the leaderboards
and going by the spins put out by ubilynx we wont see changes in a loong time, if ever. amazing really, the devs killing the most vital part of the franchise like this. no tc, no longevity at all.
We haven't announced dates yet; however, I can confirm we do have several fixes in the works and more coming down the line. Unfortunately, we cannot announce dates due to the fact that they may change. Our community team will update you all as soon as we can.
We are listening to all your feedback and are working hard to implement them.
Please extend the track description character limit, add a highest rated this week (highest rated of all categories) feed.
Why are there all these limitations in Fusion? The one limitation we actually demand (upload limit) is not there. What is your reasoning for this? You don't want to limit the little kiddies because it's bad for business?
Redlynx you let us down. Someone high up is negotiating unfairly.poorly.
What about the new hopefuls you hired from this very forum? Was it their dream to make a mess of things, OR the greatest Trials experience of all time! It may have been your plan to build Fusion into the greatest over time since the beginning, but Fusion just isn't acceptable in it's current state (editor aside, but TC is a mess so why even build...).
Nah, I forgive you guys...except whoever it was who made the call for the music to be predominantly dubstep! This guy I challenge to an office wrestling duel to the death!
However, it does sort of go with the theme, which gives me hope that the DLC, each with new themes, will have different genres for each pack. That would be excellent.
Because we can't see every thread, it's just not possible. There are currently stickied threads that we view fairly often. If your post fits into one of those threads, then it would be best to put it there instead of making a new one.
Both sebbbi and myself have posted quite a few times in threads about community feedback, we can't post in every thread.
I can't speak for anyone else at RedLynx, but I am 100% absolutely against imposing an upload limit. If someone wants to make and share 15 versions of a track that has you driving down stairs then, as crappy as you may find those tracks, he or she has every right to do so. What if someone makes 5 different tracks and wants to upload them as a set? It's the same idea, they would only be allowed to upload one a day? Tracks have ratings, if a track is rated low, you may want to skip it, if it's rated high, then maybe try it, that does NOT guarantee that anyone will like every highly rated track on Track Central.
There are a LOT of people who are not members of the forums who have reached out to me about extreme and ninja tracks in Trials Evolution, namely that they were always in the highest rated, and that they had no interest in playing them. Should we also block people from making and sharing that kind of track? Absolutely not. You guys are free to create pretty much whatever you want, but so is any other person who plays Trials Fusion.
The hardcore Ninja/Extreme crowd want their favorites difficulty more prominent, and the less hardcore players want "fun" creations (golf, dunk, and impossible stairs) to be more prominent. We have given you the ability to add 4 new feeds. Do the searches need new features? Yes. Are there things that can be improved upon? Yes, but blocking the content that any player wants, and doesn't break moderation rules, is something that I hope never happens.
It's not about preventing people from making crappy tracks, it's about preventing spamming. People would still be free to make crappy tracks AND spam them, but only twice every 48 hours ideally.
The "good" builders would have the same limitations as the "bad". Hindering the spam lets all creators have fair time in the feeds and with a limit of two uploads per 48 hours, that leaves room for correcting an upload error.
Good point, but when has this ever happened? And I believe this is a fair sacrifice to prevent spamming. They waited all that time between each build/track to release them all as a batch, they can wait 1 day for each upload.Quote:

I read elsewhere (the topic that lists features needed) that we cannot delete a track once released? To me, its not just about spamming; its about not being able to clean up mistakes. To me, its fairly likely that someone who releases the same track 15 times may not be aware of what they are doing. . . .just because that will eventually fall to the bottom of TC is just a cheap way of avoiding the issue. And....I am pretty certain that when somebody releases both "XXXX" and "XXXX ramp fixed" tracks. . .they would instead REALLY like to clean up after themselves in some way. . .possibly by deleting/replacing the previous track.
I do not see this the same way as you.
1st: One track a day? Let's be serious here, if it was to be capped it does not have to be 1 a day, that would just be bad, but 3 tracks a day or 5 tracks for 48 hours seems very reasonable to me.
2nd: No cap basically means that every decent and reasonable creator has to pay for the selfish ones. Sorry but it's like schools in America lowering the standards so more failing students don't fail, in the end, the pace for everybody is set by the low achievers, and it makes things progressively worse. I think a reasonable cap benefits 95%++ of players, and no cap rewards the selfish and the obnoxious, please do not let the minority of players with the lowest standards set the pace for everybody.
No, you didn't.
All the "Add Feed" button does is open a search menu, with VERY BASIC and poor options (type, difficulty search by gamertag)
Doesn't even have sort by highest downloaded/rated week/months/all time or any of that !
And after you re search is completed, nothing else happen.
You not creating any feed or customizing anything.
That is on the PC version, check it yourself if you doubt me.
Maybe it's time to get off your white horse and go experience Track Central the way it is for your community!
That's what CM do, not just some damage control that can only last for so long
It's not personnal man but you seem way off what's going on.
Like when you say Track Central is working as intended in some other topic.
IT IS NOT. And saying that is not an opinion it's a fact.
Otherwise the add feed function would let me..... ADD A FEED !!!
Right ?
Get your act together Redlynx
Adding a feed is actually saving a custom search, you are correct. You are also correct that search options and result sorting is very limited. I've never claimed otherwise. But you can save 4 custom searches that act like a feed when you enter them and hit search.
I have a bit of experience with Trials Fusion's Track Central. I'm not sure if you are inferring that I have access to an alternative version or something like that, are you?
I never said that Track Central was perfect, I've actually stated in other threads that it has limited search options and that there are changes that could be made to benefit the community. That being said, other than some search results showing in reverse alphanumeric order Track Central is working as intended, which is how it was designed. That's not my opinion, that is a fact. There are things that the community wants that I agree with, but saying that it is broken because it doesn't work in the fashion you would like it to is incorrect.
I've mentioned this in another thread as well, but there are issues that, in my mind, are far more pressing than Track Central changes. People who can't play the game and can't redeem passes for content that they have paid for, regardless of the current availability of that content, should expect us to handle their issues first. I am relatively sure that I am not so far off after all.
It's just very discouraging because I am assuming we are talking months here before we see a fix for Track Central. It's basically impossible at this point for a new track to get ANY recognition whatsoever. Is it really that hard to throw in a 48 Hour Feed? I remember it being done fairly quickly in Evo after we asked for it. This is going to drive thousands and thousands of builders/riders away from Track Central. We already got split up with cross-platform and that coupled with it's current condition is just a complete disaster. People who don't have their season passes are still playing the game. They are not missing out on anything at this point. The content you keep mentioning isn't even available yet. Maybe I am way off, but when I first got my game I couldn't redeem my season pass so you know what I did? I played the game...nothing changed. As long as it was fixed before a DLC came out, what the hell do I care? Shifty you know I am a pretty laid back guy and I don't complain a lot (at least I don't think I do) but something needs to be done or we are going to ruin Track Central before it even gets a chance to blossom...And saying it is working as intended? The "Highest Rated Weekly" feed was intended to keep tracks in for multiple weeks?
I have spent COUNTLESS hours playing Track Central and making videos in Evo so I feel like I need to voice my opinion on what is going on right now. There should be people fixing Track Central RIGHT NOW. If they aren't, someone needs to step up to the plate at RedLynx and make it happen before it is too late....
I'm not going to bother proofreading what I just wrote so I hope it all makes sense and isn't just another "complain post"
Love, vladi :p
+1
It's painful to read through this, with some of you guys being rude and disrespectful it just doesn't reflect well on you.
Chopper makes the best point regarding the limit. But I still side with no limits, because for some people, spamming TC with crap is just how they play the game. That's their right.
I know it sounds stupid, but we don't own the Trials brand like we feel we do.
I see people making claims about the devs not being here and not responding and that's PURE BS. I read through these forums far more than I post and have seen people make those EXACT claims in the same thread where sebbbi is trying to help. Lets remember that game development isn't easy and show some respect. Do we stand with the devs or against them? Make your stance clear with your words.
If you want it to be a better game then help come up with functional and reasonable solutions, not just complaining.
Sorry for the rant. :o
Without Online Multiplayer or at least the possibility to build and drive Supercross Tracks local with Friends( the few Tracks are boring as hell and just too easy..) Iīve nothing else to do then driving 1-2 TC Tracks(if i can find anything in that mess) or driving the same SP Tracks over and over(again)!
I donīt even have the possibility to gio back to evo cause my 360 is down:(
i really hope those updates or whatever wonīt take too long
damn i need custom supercross no pyrosequencing
Is anyone that is a track builder agree with a limit? I would put my money on it that all track builders would want a limit...
@Shifty - I can understand that you are against limits but you also say you dont build tracks. If you did build a track, put 100 hours into it and found out that it went off the feeds within 10 minutes due to someone uploading 15 tracks of 1 concrete block, im sure you would change your opinion instantly. At the end of evo we had the same problem with ninja checkpoint tracks. I have nothing against ninja or any other type of track (stairs) but when it totally blocks amazing builds from being seen, it is a problem.
Imo I would say 2 releases per 24h is more than enough.
Limiting is not fair. (I'm kind of inclined to agree though)
I still want my suggestion in. The ability to block or hide a builder.
If you see little Johnny uploading 70 versions of the same track you hide him. Then the feed is recreated based on your hides, follows, whatever.
It would take a little work from the user to get their feed right so it's showing what you want, but I think in the long run it's better than limiting people's uploads.
If people know they can be hidden then they might make more of an effort to create better tracks. In an ideal world of course.
I respect your opinion mate but you are a good example of my point.
On Evo you released 2 tracks about 2 years ago. Im not sure you can understand the frustration of seeing a track you have built and spent hours and hours just disappear off the feeds.
But everyone has their opinion...maybe im in the wrong for wanting to make a limit.
shakey you're not wrong for wanting a limit. It's understandable, but I don't think it's the proper solution.
I too considered being able to block users from your feed, but geordie there are thousands of "little Johnnys"
I think 99.99% of people who have made a track (including myself) watched it sink down the feed and disappear.
HOURS AND HOURS of work, lost to a system that needs improvement.
Part of the problem is, the feed looks to be built for a total of maybe a hundred users. But there are hundreds of thousands (maybe less builder-wise).
Visually, the feed showing a single image of our tracks might need to be abandoned, as it takes up a lot of space. A list feed would work so much better, and let's be honest, the pic is nice and/or cool, but hardly relevant to the track itself.
Additionally, we need a better system for us. The forum folk, the community to feel as if our efforts are not wasted.
I notice there is RedLynx Picks and a Uplay picks (or something) and this is maybe too much. The uplay one has already lost my respect for the ONLY track they have in there (on PC) is dumb.
It's a little Johhny track (sorry if anybody here is named Johnny and of a smaller stature). You drive straight for 9 seconds and hit the finish. ...and this is what Uplay likes and promotes?
We need a solution. Capping a limit of even 2 per 24hrs like you suggest shakey would potentially add 60 crap-tracks per month per Johnny. That's a moderate seeming cap, but still not enough.
We need better recognition, by Ubisoft and RedLynx of the quality track creators and I think that the RedLynx Picks and (ughh) the uplay one should be LESS exclusive and more about promoting people who took the time to make what is a great track.
What's that you say? That's just too much work for the guys at Ubi-Lynx? It's that or find another way to fix builders being turned off to building.
Builders leaving means players only having crap-tracks to play... to players leaving.
Maybe we (including RL and Ubi) need to establish something like a Track Builders Union.
Those with wrenches from the past and a great number of forum "apprentices" get their own feed so the people who TAKE BUILDING SERIOUSLY can have a true place to showcase their work.
I didn't mean any offence at anyone called Johnny or midgets. But your 'Don't move_test3' offends me.
