Letter to Fans: Evo XBLA Leaderboards
Hello Riders,
First let me assure you that we are aware of the issues with miscalculated global scores that have been present on the Trials Evolution leaderboards for some time now. As you know leaderboard competition is an integral part of the Trials experience and we are deeply concerned with the current state of the leaderboards. We are working to find the cause of the current miscalculated scores and once we know why the scores are incorrect we can begin to work on possible solutions.
As I’m sure many of you are aware we are in the midst of creating two new Trials titles for 2014. Production on both of these titles is going full tilt. As a result, resources are stretched pretty thin right now. Because of this, the investigation has taken much longer than anybody would like.
Even though it is slow going we are continuing to look for solutions to these problems. We hope you can understand that these are busy times right now, as we take on our first truly multi-platform, next gen project. This does not mean that we are ignoring this issue but it does mean that it may take some more time still until we are able to find a solution.

Kudos for finally replying. Thats what I wanted to hear all theese months! I dont really care about my score being fixed anymore to be honest but that doesnt matter. At least there is a statement from you guys!
Creating a great new trials game with proper leaderboards is much more important.
Keep your priorities in order and keep the good work up so that the community is able to enjoy a game in 2014 that is as revolutionary and great experience like trials evolution was. Such a pity the broken leaderboards made me stop playing it but I still got hundreds of hours of great playtime for my money and Im definitely going to give Fusion a chance when it comes out.

Creating a new trials game with proper leader boards is much more important?? Really??
They have had MONTHS to debug this problem and it still hasn't been resolved. What makes u guys think the next version will be any better if they don't even know what caused this problem?
Don't get me wrong.. I LOVE Trials HD and Evolution. They are literally the only games I play and the reason I purchased an X box and pay for LIVE membership. I'm just very disappointed that the support and customer service are as bad as they are. I am also a software developer and we deal with pressing deadlines every day, but our current customers always come first. I will not invest one more dime into this game until I see this product work the way it should.

Nowhere does it say that the next game is more important. Only that resources are stretched thin and it is taking longer to isolate the issues than they would like.
