Will Trials Fusion Have an Online Requirement to play it ?
I am curious to know if Trials Fusion will have an online requirement to play it ?
The reason i ask this is because Ubisoft have just released the Spartacus Legends game on the marketplace for free, the only problem with it is as the servers are having numerous problems at the moment and the game cannot be played at all without it being connected to them, fair enough this game was free so i am not too bothered about not being able to play it till it's fixed.
I know people will say that playing Trials offline is a waste of time anyway as any times set will not be saved to a leaderboard and i agree, but there are always moments when an internet service gets disrupted and can be down for several days or longer and then you can't play the game you love, i am just a bit concerned that this feature will be implemented into the new Trials as i foresee a trend in developers/publishers doing this more and more in the future.
For me personally being a collector of games and consoles i feel that having an online requirement feature built into any game that can be played in a single player mode is wrong as it renders it unplayable and a complete waste of money if the internet or game servers are not available for whatever reason.
Anyway this isn't intended as a rant or threat not to buy the game if this feature is implemented, i just like to have full control over how i play my games and would just like to know if this is going to be implemented ?

I don't imagine its even crossed their minds. People need to be able to access the editor when inspiration strikes (as long as they're around their console). No way RL would take that away from anyone.

I don't think so that Trials Fusion will have this, as RedLynx cares about us, but what hammer could blow out from Ubisoft?
Insane Price?
Micro Transactions?

Spartacus Legends is a different animal altogether. As a free to play title it has the distinct honor of being only the 6th Free to Play on XBLA, and the 2nd http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...con_asleep.gif believe) from a 3rd party dev. They are being hammered by users both downloading and playing the game and they are working hard to increase load capacity and help get all players who want to play online.
While Trials is a much better experience while online with leaderboards, new content, and online MP, we don't anticipate Trials Fusion needing to be always online.
