Yeah - same here. Worked fine for me yesterday (Day 738), but today (Day 739) gives me the old "No Network Connection" error when attempting to download the level. I'm starting to get the cold sweats and shaky hands.Quote:

Yeah I didn't check yesterday until 3 hours after live. At that point I got the no network. No one posted on the forum yet, so I thought it was on my end.
I missed yesterday totally then.
Now today too! I hope they all left to work on Trials.
Oh my gosh, on Saturday I was doing chores, and then I downloaded State of Decay. Then on Sunday at 2:11 pm I came in after mowing and I was like "Fv(%!! I missed the track!" That was my first missing day of 1000 Heroz ever. My wife had to calm me down cause I was flipping out. Now the no network thing had me miss another day.
Oh dear! Has there been any official acknowledgment on this? Maybe they'll push back a day so we don't miss anything.

Missed my first day since starting on Day 160 yesterday and given that it is the weekend, I am not hopeful of getting a connection til Monday.

The game doesn't have micro transactions any longer. So they make nothing.
They have a daily following of perhaps 1000 people, or maybe 2000 I haven't checked recently.
They have a server maintaining these things. I'm thinking that in this economy where studios get shutdown daily that they are making cuts.

We are aware of these issues with 1000 Heroz and we tried to fix it all Friday but we didn't manage to get the game working. I don't know if anyone has done anything to this problem now at the weekend, but we will continue investigating this problem tomorrow. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. I hope that we can fix this problem as soon as possible.

Agree. Please extended this to Friday as well as many people also missed playing that day and shouldn't be disadvantaged.
My 2cents:
It would be great if we canned any days where there was/is only partial play. I managed to get a time in on the first day of outage.... and suspect that when it is working again will likely miss out on the day due to international timings. Whatever happens it needs to be fair to everyone.
We are looking in to the problem right now. I will update you once it's resolved.

Mikko/RedLynx - Just wanted to see if you could provide confirmation/clarification on what the plan is going forward for the outage. Are we just moving forward and letting things settle how they already are? Or will there be 2 days tacked on the end to make a total of 1000 days with leader-boards, for example? Any plans to address the issue for the partial days where some players were not able to post a score?
Also, just wondering - what caused the outage? Is it something that is fully fixed now and should never happen again?
Unfortunately I'm not aware of plans to remedy these few missing days, but then again this isn't really a question that I or anyone in the IT team can answer.Quote:
