The game doesn't have micro transactions any longer. So they make nothing.
They have a daily following of perhaps 1000 people, or maybe 2000 I haven't checked recently.
They have a server maintaining these things. I'm thinking that in this economy where studios get shutdown daily that they are making cuts.

We are aware of these issues with 1000 Heroz and we tried to fix it all Friday but we didn't manage to get the game working. I don't know if anyone has done anything to this problem now at the weekend, but we will continue investigating this problem tomorrow. I'm very sorry for this inconvenience. I hope that we can fix this problem as soon as possible.

Agree. Please extended this to Friday as well as many people also missed playing that day and shouldn't be disadvantaged.
My 2cents:
It would be great if we canned any days where there was/is only partial play. I managed to get a time in on the first day of outage.... and suspect that when it is working again will likely miss out on the day due to international timings. Whatever happens it needs to be fair to everyone.
