why not use a physics event "off" to stop the swing, or turn up the angular dampening to 100% with a set value event and a variable data source that is linked with the angular dampening?

I tried turning the physics off but then the swing would stop instantly and that was not what I wanted because it made it too hard. I have been able to get it to work like I want it, not sure what I did previously wrong tough.

try my second suggestion posted above and check the interpolate on the variable data source and it will not instantly stop http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...con_e_wink.gif
