Here's a fun trick I've used more than once:
Upload a 5-10 minute video of nothing and set it to private. This is your 'music test' video. Now go into YouTube's 'Audio Swap' with this video and peruse it until you find one you like for the video you want to upload. Next you can grab the music in two ways - Either record it with an audio recorder while it's playing in the Swap area, or save the video with the music and use a YT video downloader to steal your own video and extract the audio track.
Sometimes I'll get a message later that the music can't be used but it either adds in the artist and track information to buy it off iTunes or it gets blocked in some Eastern country :p. I figure that if YT supplies it free-of-charge then it's OK for me to use. The only difference is that I get to keep the noises from the game and my voice, else YT's music would completely overlap it, which is just plain dumb!
