I like Blue River Canyon, nice job.
However, the Treacherous Mine track looked great until the lag kept kicking in and ruining it for me...any way of removing some objects/changing lighting to de-lag?
Thanks for playing, morrillo.
I played Treacherous Mine over and over last night and didn't experience any lag at all, so I just tried it again and there is a little lag at a couple of points. Weird. I don't think it spoils it a great deal.
I'm wary of clogging up TC with "fixed" versions of my tracks, but I put so much work into this one I might have to tweak it a little.
Glad you liked Blue River Canyon.
If only others were as considerate towards TC!Quote:

I've made some changes and it seems to run better now. I stupidly saved over the old version without changing the name so the original isn't in TC any more. Nevermind. http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...n_rolleyes.gif
It wil still be in TC, they are saved to the server. Just go into the editor and go to manage tracks to change the name of your new save, so you can upload it under a different name.Quote:

Too late, I already uploaded the fixed version with the same name. http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...on_redface.gifQuote:

Inside the mine when the explosions occur;
Must admit though, I do like the track - just wish it ran a little smoother. Well done.
Thanks again, morrillo.
I hoped I'd eliminated the lag completely but evidently not.
You can avoid the first instance of lag by using the shortcut (go backwards at the beginning). That'll also shave up to 2 seconds off your time.
The other two instances I'll chalk up to experience...no point releasing the same track a third time.
ahh, shortcut - must try that http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...icon/smile.gif cheers
