Inferno II
Ok, so I've got this sucker down to 1 fault, so I'm going to get it sooner or later. Question I have is, did most people who zero faulted go back tire over the pipes or straddle? I can do both but will prob use the straddle method as I have a much higher % of making it. But then I suppose I will want to just do it again the other way. Also I am having a hard time getting the tire drop down cold. Just seems kind of random at times. Am I missing the technique?
Thanks

Re: Inferno II
I still haven't 0 faulted it, but the bit with the tyres I pretty much got under control.
Take it easy, dont try and do much to jump off the first one, just lean forward, til you start rolling off, then give it some gas. Try and land back wheel first on the second and lean right forward so you go up on the front wheel rolling backward, then quikcly pull back so you hop off to the third. This I just tap with the rear wheel (kind of like the final beam) and jump to the pipe.
I make it straight onto the pipe 5/10 trys but sometimes my back wheel catches, but its no biggie.
Hope this helps?

Re: Inferno II
Thanks this approach is much better. I was doing the 2nd tire all wrong. Hopefully soon with this one....

Re: Inferno II
I was never all that good at the straddle method for the pipes, so I started practicing the rear-tire method. It turned out to be easier than I thought.
For my actual 0-Fault run, though (just a couple of days ago), I started on the back tire, but slipped, and straddled the second pipe. So I kind of changed method right in the middle. Not what I planned, but it seemed to work http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...on_e_smile.gif

Re: Inferno II
I usually straddle the first one, and then rear wheel the rest. However, my current replay has the straddle technique.

Re: Inferno II
yeah, my fingers cramped up last night, I'll be back at it today soon. It is frustrating. I think this is by far the longest gap between a 1 fault and hitting the 0 fault.

Re: Inferno II
You do know once you make it passed the pipes with an amazing run, your going to fault on the beam at the end...right?
And just to let you know, i used the back wheel technique over Inferno 2 on my first 0 fault run...mainly because i find it easier than doing it the slower way, as wierd as that sounds :/
