The new beginner difficulty and easy to handle beginner bikes are perfect additions for new players. And the tutorials are better also. It's just that the game requires dedication and tens of hours of practice if you want to be really good at it. For some players this is too much. They want an easy game that can be completed in two or three afternoons. Time is a valuable thing for many casual players, and I understand this game is not for everyone.
Here here Sebbi!
I've read the IGN review, and it seems like the reviewer didn't, or couldn't, put enough time in to improve his/her skills.
One of my favourite games (until tomorrow http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...on_e_smile.gif, is Geometry Wars Retro Evolved 2, which is a VERY easy game to pick up and play... but to be any good at it (top 1000 leaderboard), takes months of dedication and play every day. This is one of the main reasons Trials HD caught my attention.. Just because something is hard, doesn't mean it isn't worth putting the effort in..
Yep. Sad that it got 8.3 http://forum.redlynx.com/forum/image...icon_e_sad.gif(( Well its good in sense but welll.. what can you do.

"What's more, with such layered and near-endless challenges, not to mention the addition of a remarkably powerful level creator, you'll be firing this up for a quick blast for years to come. We don't say this often, deeply cynical as we are, but if for some ludicrous self-abusing reason you only buy one XBLA game this year, make it Trials HD."
[EDITED BY SEBBI: added quote and magazine name]
