Hello,
You can reach out to our Support Team directly and they can investigate further.
Okay, I'll try sending them a message. This is kind of a big deal though. Almost every single track has a cheated #1 record. And it's been this way for months. Last time it happened I think it took 6 months to clear Khabib. This time it's a guy named TryIt. And we're already at, what 3 months since he stole all the #1 runs with broken replays?
For future reference, this has always been something the RedLynx devs solved. It's just a SQL command of some sort. Whatever happens when a user clicks 'delete profile' on their version of the game... make that happen without them clicking. Easy peasy.
6 months, no changes. It can't be that hard. I'll offer my services if you want to give me SQL access.
We're at 10 months of cheated #1 runs still sitting at the top of the leaderboards. Ubisoft? Redlynx? Hello?
Sure seems like you're right about that. Looks like we're at 20 months of cheated #1 runs. Man, it's like they're refusing to fix it on principle. Every time a dev goes outside for a smoke break it's a missed opportunity to just go run:
Code:DELETE FROM records WHERE user_name = 'tryIt';
DELETE FROM users WHERE user_name = 'tryIt';
It's really disappointing to come back to this game after over a decade and see that all the #1 spot are held by a cheater :( Hopefully someone at RedLynx/Ubisoft will fix this eventually...
