COOP is not working. When joining public coop it goes to the "PAYBACK" loading screen but it never completes.
It's been doing this all afternoon.
Whom should I notify about this issue to get it corrected?

You can set the mission and difficulty by going into "private" instead of 'online" and below the picture of the mission clik match settings (you may have to hit "back" near the bottom of the screen).
In " match" you can clik on chapter or difficulty and set the chapter (mission) or the difficulty you wnat. I feel the server tries to hook you up with the same difficulty setting first , so....If you have it set for 'insane' it tries to put you into a game on 'insane'. If you want to play "normal" then set it to normal in the private COOP setting and tthen back out and hook up to 'online' and you'll see the chapter and difficulty you set in private is showing and the servier tries to put you in a game of similar difficulty.
Thank-you, I have tried that before but the results were inconclusive. I also tried that yesterday to no avail.
The problem though as I see it is; How do we notify UBI of an immediate problem on their end?
I've had this same prob for MONTHS. I just keep waiting for it to be fixed. Guess I gotta keep waiting. Joy.
of course no help form these mods here, they just bully all day and get nothing done.:confused:

Same problem today. If enough people complain it will be fixed for awhile again. In the mean time I am saving my money for all non Ubisoft games as they constantly have this problem.
Domination went down all evening yesterday. Support link is worthless, submitting a ticket and hoping for an immediate response is futile.
The question remains UNANSWERED;
HOW DO WE NOTIFY UBI OF AN IMMEDIATE PROBLEM ON THEIR END??
