...I'm just off to Frenchay Hospital to have a procedure done. I'll be a_f_k for a few days.
It's an implant into my spine, in the neck http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif , and I'm less than eager to undergo it. I'll probably come back writing "resistance is futile" to any enquiries into upgrades http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/partyhat.gif
See you all in a while. Keep up the good work http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Hey good luck with ur surgery! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif
Just an advice for the postop period: avoid the trackIR for a while as it builds up a lot of muscle tension in your neck ( yes I am a professional in this field http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies...miley-wink.gif)
I know how you feel when you have to undergo a procedure yourself (had one a year ago myself) especially when it is a significant one but after some recovery time you will soon forget about the whole stuff.
By the way...as ytareh stated I hope that this is for real surgical indication as radicular pain or similar and not just for "neck pain"...just a thought
Come back soon! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/clap.gif and "*****" as they say in France for good luck http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies...iley-happy.gif
Cheers!
