Ubisoft+ Subscription does not support SCA (Strong Customer Authentication)
I've been informed by my bank that the reason my Ubisoft+ subscription is failing is because the Ubisoft subscription payment system has not been updated to send SCA anti-fraud information.
I've tried twice to raise tickets about it. The agents are not interested in escalating it.
Their default response is "use another payment method" or "update my address and retry the payment" and a number of other utterly unhelpful scripted responses.
This really leaves me with canceling my Ubisoft+ subscription.
I'm certainly not going to open up new bank accounts or credit cards in an attempt of finding one that doesn't require SCA (yet) just to work around Ubisoft's utterly poor support service.
Really poor customer service Ubisoft, really really poor.
