Hello,
I am taking the liberty of sending you this message on behalf of a group of Splinter Cell fans from the official Ubisoft forums.
After being concerned by the rumors around the future of the series, we decided last October to write an open letter intended for Ubisoft, explaining our position and our wishes for the series, and in the same time expressing our fears and concerns, with the recent rise of NFTs in the gaming world since we wrote this letter becoming a new one.
Though and most importantly, we are also asking for the creation of a positive and constructive collaboration between Ubisoft developers and Splinter Cell fans.
With the Splinter Cell remake announcement, we updated the letter but our main request regarding this collaboration remains relevant.
Therefore, here is the direct link to the full open letter on Google Docs, signed so far by more than 1000 fans :

We also feel that reading this letter will give you a better idea where some of us fans stand. However, please be assured that we don't want to show any disrespect towards developers with this letter. We understand how hard your job can be and hope that we have been able to express this to you with respect in the letter.
We hope the team is building up well and remain at your disposal for any further discussion.
Thank you for your time and good luck on the development.
