Connection to Helix Server
Hi there
I have not been able to play the game for a few days. The onscreen message I get is "Cannot Play Offline. Connection error to Helix server" etc.
I have shut down and restarted the device, made sure there is enough space, deleted and reinstalled the app, tried various wifi networks (all working correctly). etc., to no avail
I cannot get into the game to send a support request, and when I go to the Ubisoft support site it tells me to... submit a support ticket from within the game. Not exactly helpful :p
And how did you work it out?

How did you fix it? I havent been able to play in like 6 months haha, and I have even changed my Phone since then.
