Next heroes in line for Testing Grounds
Sorry for not being the best at formatting these but i thought i would voice my opinions on characters who probably need buffs next.
TL : DR Jorm, Nuxia, Peacekeeper, Lawbringer.
Im not one for big drastic changes in characters rather than more quality of life buffs. with that in mind.
Jorm. Assuming hes not going to get a full rework.
Opener Heavies and Heavy Finishers given more trajectory and forward movement.
Jotun Surge and Jotun Farewell either need lower recoveries, or need to do a small amount of damage on hit (between 8 and 10). both moves just lose to any dodge attack, and Jotun surge can be guardbroken if not followed up with.
Some sort of dodge option. doesn't have to do any damage, just needs a way to follow up after dodging bashes.
Nuxia.
Zone Attack should be Unblockable or simply replaced with another move entirely. everyone knows its pretty much useless.
Dodge attack needs to be less stiff. make the attack faster, but make it come out later into the dodge so that it doesn't need to be input so early. keeping the same overall timing.
Traps need more "range". against deflects and superior block dodge (Conq and Zanhu) her traps wiff even when on the correct side and timing. they just happen to be far enough for it to not land at all.
More forward movement on her Heavies to better catch dodges and rolls with guardbreak. Similar to the aramusha buff.
Lower damage on her deflect and make it guaranteed. its a little silly to not land a move because you guessed wrong. also just good to make deflects standard among all assassins.
Finisher heavies should be given similar treatment to shinobi. Unblockable from top, Undodgeable from side, or possibly the other way around. depends.
Peacekeeper.
Changes for her are probably the Simplest so far.
Probably needs more stamina and/or stamina regeneration.
Top Heavy Opener Soft Feint change. 3 different ways you could go. all do essentially the same thing.
Unblockable Dagger Cancel.
Soft feint Ring the bell.
Unblockable Top Heavy.
All 3 of these serve the same purpose. make her top heavy be as viable as her side heavies while also making her more viable in group fights. (only one of these. not all 3)
Speed up her side dodge attacks by 100 or 200 ms and reduce the recovery by 100 or 200 ms as well. the move does good damage. but its generally too slow to punish bashes, and too long of a recovery on miss.
Option B. Is let her dodge heavies (without bleed followup) chain into her heavy finisher.
Lawbringer.
With option selects being removed i personally feel like lawbringer will be on the weaker end of most characters. he doesnt need much. just some small buffs.
500 ms front dodge bash. input window being between 300 and 500 ms.
Light > Light > Heavy Chain.
Funny 3rd option. Unblockable top heavy opener.
