Yeah, that was a flaw of Division 1's DZ, but things like unlimited sprint / no stamina bar mediated that. Not fully, because chasing someone can get boring, but it helped.
Some of us here will be shaping the end product of Heartland. ;)
I can only hope others get into future tests. :)
I'd like to see a hard separation between PvE and PvP gameplay.
The DZ's could be "travel points" like New York and The Summit.
Separate gears sets and attributes/talents for PvE and PvP would also stop the PvP imbalance from ruining the PvE balance.
Had to get one last post in before they lock up these forums.
Kap.
DIVISION PVP=CHEATERS No thx
Ohh wow. I am so clueless.
So, here goes. This is 100% my opinion. D1 came ouit. I wasn't a really big fan of PVP in D1, so I *thought* Ubisoft sort of decided to introduce 'Six" for the PVP players. And I thought D2 was *really* supposed to be PVE with some PVP because so many PVPers whined.
FFS can people not differentiate between absolutes or something? Everything isn't a tribal war. There's nuance. Granularity. Shades of grey.
I've played games with good PVP. I like good PVP. It's just that Division is not that. It's NEVER been good. At best there have been brief moments of glory while chasing down rogues or being chased as a rogue.
But let me make something perfectly clear for the back seats that seem to be still struggling with this: Those brief moments do NOT justify the entire rest of the rolling dumpster fire that Division 1 and 2's PVP has been since the launch of the franchise back in 2016.
