someone can give advice?
All of them are good... depends what is the purpose, what you want to do.
Don't expect a better answer for how this question was formulated.
You'll get all of them by the time you reach level 30, so just pick whatever looks most useful for now.
the most useful are obviously the ones that give you more XP for leveling up a bit faster and in turn you get the rest faster too.
Well, only if you want to level up faster. This makes the game easier during the level 1-30 campaign, which you may not prefer if you are already finding it too easy. (There aren't any settings during the campaign to make it harder; your only option is to play the missions while they're above your level.)
Further, there's not really any advantage to levellling up faster, and some disadvantages. You may find it easier to start experiementing with loadouts earlier in the game when you don't have so many options to choose from, and if you'll almost certainly spend the time doing that at some point anyway, whether before or afer level 30. And waiting until much later to play the side missions (until you have a very powerful build at level 30 or especially 40) can make them absurdly easy.
The first perks I prefer to take are the weapons mods, Optics, Muzzle and Magazine, with one or two Inventory perks thrown in when I start to feel I'm running out of inventory space.
Glass Cannon, or Perfect Glass Cannon. Wear your "Get Gud" hat while you're at it.
That's not a perk, it's a talent.
The perks are what you buy at the skills desk in the level 1-30 part of the game. Generally, you have them all by the time you start the New York campaign. (If you level boost to 30, you automatically have all perks purchased for you.)
