Can you please extend the time a little on the sickle throw? I always get thrown on the ground cause I try to heavy but instead it throws my sickle and I lose 20-30 hp, can you guys actually listen to the community :)

As a main Shinobi player I understand the frustration and enrage caused by this issue and the problem could be easily solved with just adding a interrupt command line when you just click and when you hold that click.
I observed whenever you hit right click more often or just hold down more than a second it takes as he have to start rotating his chains instead of doing a heavy attack. As I said above reprogramming the frames/windows could solve this.
But to not open another thread with shinobi and hope that there are devs who actually reads these forums I would like to add the problems with the speed of the shinobi...it was hard enough to play with him before now other than light attack chain spamms nothing works well,even the Shugoki is quicker now than the shinobi...
Want to try to do some combos?In half of the backflip you are hit in the face,throw chains?...blocked and you are on the ground...and there are the uninterruptable attacks of the enemies and all of these combined with your low health pool can make some annoying moments and just switch to anything else to play ...
The bleed effect of the dodge parry hit was drastically reduced,okay the window of reaction improved quite a bit but at what cost?Low damage and slow animations where the enemy hit you in the middle of the double dodge xD wtf...
In the final part I would like to give some insight upon the Shinobi aka Ninja weaponry
The Kusarigama was not their main weapon of choice,it was used a lot but the weapon of choice was a shortened katana named Ninjato/Shinobigatana maybe a tanto and even Tekko-Kagi what I want to say here that by adding secondary weaponry would fix a lot of things with shinobi.
Tactics: Ubisoft seems to want the Shinobi as a support character to play maybe imbued with some trouble making for the enemy side via capturing points/offerings etc quick but if you want to keep up this there should be more to be added:
For example the Shinobi should be able to use grapling hook and get up in some places(usually where you can make others to fall down)
Blowgun? It was widely used and imbued with poisons of all kinds still nowhere to see...
Shurikens are present but it throws in a wide area,only God knows why ...
Maybe a revisit helps but a rework would be the best for the Shinobi,it's clumsy ,hard to finish anything with it and does not fit almost any role...
Thing is if they wanted to fix it they would have by now. Just make his 1st ranged heavy feintable, boom easy bandaid fix till he gets a rework (hopefully) and no more throwing away half your healthpool just because you wanted to throw a heavy.
I almost never play Shinobi because of the horrible support he has received but I thought at some point he was changed to always do the ranged heavy when using R2 from neutral. Maybe this is because I use a controller and have all its settings tweaked through Steam but yeah its almost impossible to throw a normal heavy for me then if thats the case.
I believe it first started happening when they took away the ability for characters like highlander and shinobi who can hold their heavies for a safe way to parry (could be wrong don't quote me on it.) This also subsequently took away his quad dash which was one of, if not the best part of his kit which is also ironically not even intended.
