Should it be made monthly ? left alone? totally scrapped/ removed ? Hve the option to turn it on/off?
What's your views on it? i know quite a few that are sick of it.

I just ignore it.
The only thing that bothers me is the constant invasion reminder you get spammed with.
The only thing that they have to change is that you should be able to turn off the notifications. If you don't need to play them you can ignore them, I don't see a reason to change the frequency.
Indeed – the notifications are a bit annoying. But I personally do enjoy the invaded missions, especially as I like some layouts more than the original ones.
I am beyond tired of Black Tusk in missions, and (except for some projects) switch out of Invaded mode.
Only issue (as I've complained already) is that setting is not persistent. It puts everything back to normal for the duration of that log on only, then next time I launch the game it's back to Invaded again. And again. And again.
Seriously, there should at least be a toggle to turn off Invaded, or make the "Switch Mission Mode" persistent.
Already had the notification 3 times today when I go to the map screen... Really annoying.
I really like to invasions, but I do agree, the notification every week is annoying.
To put it into perspective, there was a time when we didn't have weekly invasions. When they were introduced, we appreciated the variety. I really don't see an issue, especially with having options. You can toggle the mission mode, or simply ignore it, as Adze suggested.
I admit this would be a good QoL update, at least giving the option to toggle it on and off for those who want to see the notification and reminder :)

I only play legendarys so I have not the same problems with it.
The solution to turn it on/off is perfect tho.
My problem is if you stand near the mission and you toggle to non invaded to make it legendary you get into a loading screen, and back to the safe house.
First time is not a problem but if you join a bad team and you leave, you stand in front of an invaded mission again.
And if you forget that most of the time like me, you get the loading screens of:
1. Leaving the team.
2. Toggle back to non invaded.
3. Fast travel back to the mission.
4. Joining a new team.
3 isn't really needed but sometimes it takes to long and you just travel to wait for people to join you.
But while traveling you get an invite or right after you traveled. Lol
Yes, and it did introduce a nice change, and I have played every mission on Invaded dozens of times. But at some point there's not enough variety in the Black Tusk and I enjoy it more going back to the Hyenas, Outcasts, etc.
There are exceptions, of course, such as when a project specifies a BT stronghold or similar, which is why no one wants them removed, just the option to toggle on and off the weekly invasion.
Alternatively, it would have the same effect if the already-existing "Switch mission mode" option were just made persistent, so it stayed ON or OFF, wherever you put it, until the next time you switch it back (rather than resetting every time you log on).
More options are always better in endgame. The one thing that the weekly invasions -- run passively -- do provide, however, is greater immersion. I'm aware that you're not suggesting the removal of the invasion. Anything run ad nauseum... will become... nauseating. I think you'll find that once the novelty of your 'new' approach wears off -- at a much greater rate than when the invasions were introduced, mind you, due to preconditioning -- you'll reactivate.
The aggravating variable here, in endgame, are any and all imposed dialogue (esp. briefings, reports), cutscenes, overly exaggerated notifications, or any other unnecessary cues that shift the players' focus away from their objectives. Endgamers require terse updates, not LSD-induced screen rotations, flips, and whatever else.
The DZs' configuration -- to this end -- is far more organic. On the invasion, you receive an ETA and increased visual and auditory contact on aircraft transporting and inserting troops. The 'ambush' dynamic there is also something the LZ could benefit from.
Absolutely not I like the black tusk battles I would like to see them be able to take control points in the invasion area - lots of good missions with Black tusk. If you don't want to do the invasion you don't have to although black Tusk will be hanging around if you don't . I don't know why you would want to eliminate it. Yes the reminder is annoying
The elite force in the game and some players want to eliminate it - are the other missions anymore exciting - no . The are a big part of the game and the story why on earth would you want to eliminate it. Is it too hard for you? Players wanting to remove content I will never get it.
