The problem with having a version with an unforeseen issues, then updating it with a fixed version, is that the first one ends up trending and thus show up in the list first and then gets played more which makes it higher on the trending list. And because people play the one with issues, they think the track sucks and if they see the revised one, they think "I've already played this and didn't like it" so they never see or play the track as it was intended.

Can they not just give us the option to delete our own tracks (in future trials) ? I don't make YouTube videos but I'm sure you can delete anything you upload can't you? Should be the same for uploading trials tracks then redlynx can leave it all down to us and they wouldn't have to keep responding to people's requests to delete their tracks. I'm sure there is a reason why they haven't done this like something to do with licensing and ownership of the track but just seems like it would be the logical way, less work for redlynx and a far less cluttered track central.

Yes @Smeghead89 - that's the wish of many track builders for the next version... (or even a temporary "test" category that auto-removes tracks after a short period)
It's my understanding that as Track Central is designed now (server side) tracks cannot be removed but RedLynx has the ability to "hide" them from view. Thus, if a track is flagged as inappropriate content for whatever reason, it can be blocked from being seen or played. On rare occasions they will hide (or un-hide) a track manually if the circumstances warrant it.
(Also, I think some of this has to do with leaderboard and replay storage)

I think they might do this so your best friend doesn't stop over just to delete all of your tracks while your not around - Lol!

Funny one. I'm grinnin.
It would be nice to hear something - anything from RedLyx as far as their thoughts on the matter.
Is this something they would like to see too?
Is it a possibility?
Is it being worked on?
Is the game being sold to aliens and we will have to move to another galaxy to play the next version? :)
