Hello everyone, thank you for contributing to this thread and I am sorry to see that so many of you are unable to play online on Xbox unless creating an alternative account on the console, for the past 4 weeks..
I am going to open an investigation into this with our QA team.
Could you please let us know the following information -
1. Platform
2. Is the account that is blocked from the online modes of the game, the account that pays for Xbox Live online subscription/PSN Gold etc?
3. Is the account that is blocked connected to your Ubisoft Account? Please check this here, and scroll down - https://account.ubisoft.com/en-GB/account-information
4. Is your console set as a primary console in its settings?
