NO there is no built in FPS limiter
It would be pretty strange if Dunia 2 has no console command for FPS capping.
umm not aware that dunia 2 even supports access to console commands at all
your thinking of older versions of the dunia engine , far cry 4 used an advanced version of the dunia 2 ENGINE , that as far as i am aware does not have any console assess like far cry 1 had
you should be able to use RTSS if you wanna set a frame rate cap with MSI AFTERBURNER ..personally i do not bother setting a cap on my FPS i use a 120 HZ screen and have no problems with FC 4 and my GTX 1060 and the frame rate .
you could also try in your driver control panel and enable v sync as with Nvidia cards there are several options ..not sure on AMD cards its been a few years since i had one installed , last AMD gpu i bought was an ASUS R 9 270 X over 5 yrs ago .
