Resolving problems with Just Dance Unlimited

If you are having trouble accessing the Just Dance Unlimited content, please try our following troubleshooting steps, as they have been known to resolve most issues with players being unable to access this content in game.
Step 1. Please first ensure you have the correct console account linked to your correct Ubisoft Account.
You can check to see what console accounts you have linked to Ubisoft, by signing into this page and scrolling down -

Step 2. Please make sure you have set up your console account as the Primary user on that console -

If the issue still persists after trying all 3 of our troubleshooting steps, please gather the following information -
- An image of your receipt for Just Dance Unlimited
- An image of any error codes or messages you may have received when trying to access JDU
- Your Dancer ID
- Your console Username
- Your software update version on console
