I do this as a precaution for the other crashes anyway, so unfortunately it didn't have any affect on the length of time before my "new type" crashes.
"C:\Users\YOURSELF\Documents\My Games\Tom Clancy's The Division 2\ShaderCache" - Location is here. Don't delete the folders, only the contents of which DirectX you are using in-game. Either DX11 or DX12.
nope, not working for me, cleared all cache files and reinstalled latest driver still crashing after 5 mins

So it's been a day now, can you provide any news about the problem, and when it should be fixed ? The game always had crashs before, maybe more often in DX12 mode, but the current state of the game is unplayable. Many people are stuck at home with the COVID situation, really bad timing don't you think :rolleyes:
