anyone who plays this game a lot would know the problems that need fixing. so it stands to reason that the devs don't play this game.
maybe their just noobs lol.

Probably not.
I'm going to say no they don't. But even if they do then it's most likely on the PC at the easiest settings and with a controller.
Given the track record of nonsensical changes, and constant ignoring of player feedback, concerns, and reports of ongoing bugs that remain uncorrected....
I'd say it's a fair bet that if the devs do play the game, they do so only in the same capacity as the most extreme casual. There's no way they play enough to really even begin to understand the game at any level other than concepts and theory on paper. It would explain a LOT of their decision-making in the past.
Yeah, sure... they can "talk the talk" so they can give the false impression that they play the game they're developing/designing, but what we see as a fact is a hard NO on this one.
No one who can play a game like this, even for a few couple of hundred hours, can be this clueless when designing new aspects (which some have been proved to be pointless or absurd).
they play(not much). But really suck at it.
Use hp lock in Div1.
Always show some SUPRISE build when they play it (5pcs Striker +1 Alps).
I'm ok with those build. it is pretty fun to try Dev build.(add more difficulty)
They do, but not at hardcore level. Mosty, casual. Although, on heroic
As for PvP - idk
I don't think it matters if they do, as they're not the ones making the decisions. The ones we know that play the game are mostly in community roles, and aren't even actually working on the game.
As for the staff that do work on the game, I think it's unlikely. If you're making pizza all day you probably don't feel like eating pizza when you're home.
