It's not the skill/hero we needed, but a crutch to Sniper builds. A very poor make shift crutch, but better than nothing. Good luck gambling for that 2X HS damage.

been using it this past two days.
its borderline useless , most of the times it will higlight a part that is covered by ... cover , and as a sniper the only part i would want to see higlighted is the head , i would understand the marking of the other parts if it was useful for any other situation or class but it isnt so i dont get the skill . if its for snipers make it so , heads only please.
Yeah the idea looks fine on paper on execution it's not really good, if the enemy goes to cover why bother using it since you will be waiting for the headshot, while kinda okay for heavies because it lets you break their armor in certain spots better, at other times it will highlight somteimes like weakpoints that don't have really that much health or are already easy to hit. Suggestion is to make the cooldown way shorter the faster the player hits the spot and even faster if it wasn't a kill shot so that way the armor breaking part can still become a more interesting niche compared to crossbow
