Have already quit it almost. This is the final blow. Can't even claim prizes for the last season which is a shame.

Yep, the Bunker is broken, cannot claim anything for the recently finished season. Midnight Circuit has been broken again for several months after a very short period where it worked. Prior to this it was broken once again for months. The irony that you could recently buy an outfit that gave you double tries on the midnight despite the midnight circuit being broken seems like a double kick in the teeth for fans of the game.
Either end the game entirely, make an announcement and take it offline or support it and fix these issues. The way it's limping on at the moment still trying to get players to throw money at it and buy things, yet taking little interest in fixing the numerous and considerable issues is appalling.
UPDATE:
I managed to claim the rewards for the previous season which put me on Rank 16 for the next and then it broke. Then later it again gave me a Season Complete screen and gave me rewards till Rank 16 and placed me on Rank 21 after that, and eventually broke again.
thats the game over bug :D i got my previous season rewards aswell via the open fast bunker bug.
another guy on facebook find out when you enter the bunker and press fast enough the tank symbol on top, then you can open/close your open matches.

Dang, this sucks! I love this game and am not ready for these parts to end or the game to end at all. I’m still grinding to get inside top 100 on all tracks while I can.
I was able to collect the rewards from the last bunker event by launching and clicking the home icon from top very quickly. I didn’t have a tank icon like dutscher mentioned above. After I collected the rewards the same error that was preventing them from popping up appears again.
Please update the game, we’re not ready for it to end. I’m all aboard if some wicked cool programmers were able to take it over.

Well I'm pleased to see that I'm not alone. The bunker is broken for me too on my Android phone. The Midnight Circuit is also broken (maybe permanently?). I just hope the bunker isn't permanently broken. I would like to be able to collect the final pieces of some of these bikes - I have two pieces left on the bandits, three pieces left on the tier 2 KTM bike and about 8 pieces left on the Agent bike.
By the way, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. It didn't help. The bunker and Midnight Circuit are both still broken.
And you guys at the Red "Lunks" , you knew it in advance.

I've been tried to claim my rewards using a couple of the methods mentioned above to no avail. Not that it would make much difference when I still have a whopping four pieces of the Harley-Davidson EV to claim. Here's hoping it gets sorted, even if they resort to repeating old seasons.
Update: I've managed to claim my rewards now. I'm uploading a video, which seems to cripple my connection a bit, allowing the "season complete" thing to load in before the error message.

Man, I was so close to get some new bikes (5 pieces on 2 bikes and 6 pieces on other 3 bikes).

But, it seems you don’t have a clue to what’s actually going on.
This isn’t a bug on my phone, this isn’t OS-related. Neither is it solvable by reinstalling the game.

Because EVERY player encounters these same problems !!!! EVERYBODY who plays the game is stuck.
You should check the forum of Trials Frontier. Does anybody check the forum anyway, seems not ....
So, spare me a next standard answer, go ask someone who knows the developer or the team that follows up on what’s happening in the game, ask them if they have abandoned the game and if so, if they can AT LEAST tell their fans about it - or even better: ask them NOT to abandon the game and fix the issues asap.

I just dropped a ticket on them as well. Is it unreasonable to expect some sort of statement regarding the game’s future, or lack thereof?
I submitted a ticket yesterday and received a similar standard response. It mentioned the team doesn’t loop them back in with updates regarding the issues. So it seems like the people responding to the tickets are just stuck in the middle. I like many other dedicated players of the game have likely spent money on it to some degree over their playing days. It’s just disappointing that there’s been zero communication made from Redlynx/Ubisoft to those dedicated players/fans. I’m not alone in saying I’ve played the game for over 5 years now. The game definitely has an active following and I don’t think I’m out of place thinking we deserve to know if the game is dead now.
New players deserve to know as well, because the stuff that’s broken or dead are parts of what made the game so much fun all these years.
We haven’t had a holiday event in over a year, the Midnight Circuit has been busted and not working for most of last year and all of this year so far and now the Bunker is dead. All of those elements are why I stuck around so long.
I hope we get new updates at some point in the near future, but if we don’t, I’m on board with whoever said the game should just make the already available skins, paints, parts and loot that people need in the bunker now. Or turning it over to someone who’s interested in pushing the game forward...
Even trying to add a new friend it tells me “we cannot connect at the moment, please try again later”
No offers either, this really is beginning to look like the end.
...but we can still spend money in the game. 😡🤬. I just want someone to make an update or communicate out the status of game officially...
the game got me just this December and I started playing intensively that I am now in the top 1% of players. I even paid about 30 dollars but I would have expected some support. bunker not working, adding friends not working. it's a shame :(

My response for the first, usual unusable answer from the support today:
Hello Yekaterina,
No, no, no! YOU don't need my device restart, YOU don't need my Player ID, YOU don't need my screenshots etc.
All the issues I mentioned in my ticket are on YOUR side. (YOU = RedLynx/Ubisoft)
Midnight Circuit is broken because of YOUR server is broken for months.
Bunker is not working because there is no new Bunker Season, because YOUR team does not put new content into the game.
Why don't YOU stand out in front of your players on the forum, and clarify the future of the game?
Every player complains about the lack of support, we have no any official response from YOU.
Meanwhile the game is available in the stores!
(Besides YOU are selling stuffs in the game for real money, while the half of the game is not working...)

I'd probably go easy on yakaterina, she's likely just a help desk person and doesn't have direct access to development. You'd be better off just going along with it and using keywords like "escalate to next level support". Point her to the forum and let her know many people across multiple threads are having the same problem.
I just updated my play store review down to one star and warn people not to spend any $ unless they very it will be updated and supported going forward.
Also, the play store version was last updated in July.
Same problems w Midnight Circuit, Bunker — and frustrated with lack of special events.
We used to get an opportunity to by track pieces with diamonds, or there was a holiday competition, or a random bonus just for playing the game — not a thing now for more than a year.
Checked version history — there were 14 updates in 2019... 2020? Not a single one. Support gives me the runaround. Frustrating.
This is the best and only game I have on my phone, been playing 5+ years now, in top 1%.

If there is any chance to support the game through our comunity I would be willing to support this with money. I am not a dev nor programmer so I can’t help this way, yet I believe there are many guys just as I and ChickenChewbaca that can’t find any other game to play as a replacement and would be really happy to go on with this georgeous game .

If this truly is the end of support for the game, I think they should take the Minecraft earth approach. Disable microtransactions, unlock all bikes and tracks for everyone, and let us duke it out on the leaderboards until the server shuts down.
With no bunker, I now have 0 chance of unlocking any new bikes or tracks (unless I want to spend $100 on blueprints when the "sales" come up).
A Benjamin sent me the same message basically. Everyone responding to the messages are stuck in the middle of this mess. They have little info and resources it appears to help with what’s happening in the game right now. I say we keep submitting tickets if you haven’t already and perhaps even if you already have. Just understand that those reading/responding right now on the front line are unfortunately stuck in the middle. It’s frustrating all the way around especially since there’s a ton of time from the dedicated players invested into this game and likely some money too. The game has a fanbase for sure and I hope they make updates or at a minimum give us an official communication on the future of the game.
Hopefully it's just Covid that's causing the issues as the Devs are not at work and are unable to update or fix the game from their homes !!
So hopefully things will get sorted once we all get on-top of this damn Virus.....Fingers Crossed aye !!

I doubt tha covid was the cause, because they started to prepare to those copypaste pvp seasons and mc-s in the beginning of december 2019. it's when they made all new prize tracks and paintjobs. it was long before those covid news. and they abandoned game since 2020-jan-14. after that they only released one update in the summer that didn't actually change anything
