Hey there! The store should update weekly with new content - however it does show a daily timer. We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix! :)

What do you mean weekly? For me it still shows the same items as the first day or it will update after this week?
@KmarkoPL where did you find that info? From @Ubi-Spud reply I could only conclude that the timer is bugged and refresh should work.

It's a bug. It's happening to everyone right now. Just wait 85 years and it will refresh.
As you can see in the image below the timer is a bit off and no merchandise is presented to the player.

Nothing shows available to purchase from hermes. Is this a bug? Can it be fixed i am using switch

On my game is nothing and clock shows some like 20000 days

Well, the timer is back to normal but the shop is still empty.
We are waiting for the update to come out, with this update the performance has increased, which is very good

Stil experiencing this same exact issue. game is on latest version. Nothing I tried worked. Hermes shop is still bugged for me.

Yes, I have the latest version of the game and latest version of Ubisoft Connect client. I tried running the client as administrator and I verified game files multiple times. Issue still persists.
Hey sarmaxion, thank you for providing the troubleshooting that you've tried. Can you let me know if it's only Hermes shop that's empty? Do your daily quests from Hermes get affected as well?
Only the Hermes shop is empty. I see the daily quests from Hermes and can do them.

Could you please try these connectivity troubleshooting steps as I noticed the previous troubleshooting that was provided to you was for Xbox and not PC.
Can you also confirm if the timer is stuck or if it does count down?
i had this issue on pc but it was because i had u play overlay disabled. after enabling it it started to work.
@Valkyrie743, overly is not the cause here. I've tried disabling it and enabling it multiple times. With overlay disabled Hermes store can't work at all. When enabled, I have issue described in this thread.
@Ubi-Keo, timer is not stuck, it is counting down. And to what connectivity troubleshooting steps are you referring to? You didn't provide any link.

sarmaxion, here is the connection troubleshooting guide that we would like you to complete.
I have completed every step in the guide except port forwarding. I can't forward ports on my main router I got from my ISP, because i am behind CG NAT and have dynamic IP adress. But I would like to point out that Hermes store did work for me in the past when I first started the game, at least most of the time. So, I don't think ports are the cause of this. Only now after I finished the game and played the DLC's as well and I came back to Titan save so I could play and finish and unlock everything that I haven't that the Hermes store stopped showing items and it wasn't working. I did try it with an older save that I have(before finished game) and it didn't work with that save as well.

Thanks for trying the steps that you can. Generally it is the port forwarding step that is the most important part of those step however. I understand it may have worked for you in the past, but sometimes just a silent update on your router or a small change on the network can cause something to change.
Maybe you could try using a different connection temporarily to see if it something to do with your main connection? Such as using mobile phone data as a portable hotspot rather than the WiFi or wired connection that you are currently on?
Alternatively, if you can log in at another location, such as a friends to see if the issue occurs there too?
