You are not the only one, but apparetly no one knows what's going on.

Thank you for contacting Ubisoft Customer Support. As we discussed in our chat conversation, here are a few steps that I would like for you take to resolve your connection issues:
If you are receiving connection issues, start by testing your network connection with the following steps:
1. Start the PS5 console.
2. Open the [Settings] menu.
3. Select [Network].
4. Select [Test Internet Connection].
If this test shows your connection as NAT type 3 then you most likely have some sort of interference within your connection to the online servers.
Note: You can visit the Sony PS5 manual website for additional details regarding the connection test:

There are three possible NAT types:
- NAT Type 1 has no restrictions and will be able to connect with any other players.
- NAT Type 2 will have some restrictions and will be unable to communicate or play with users with a strict NAT.
- NAT Type 3 may not be able to join or communicate in certain game sessions. Average matchmaking wait times will be affected.
If your NAT type is Type 2 or Type 3, please try the steps below:
1. Restart your network hardware. Turn off your PS5, modem and router and wait 15 - 30 seconds.
2. Fully power up your modem.
3. Fully power up your router.
4. Turn on your PS5 and test the network connection again.
If you still have trouble then you may have a firewall interfering with your connection. Please configure the following network ports and enable UPnP through your router.
PlayStation Network Required Ports
UDP: 3478, 3479, 3658, 4646
TCP: 80, 443, 1935, 3478, 3479, 3480
Just Dance 2020
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 6000, 7000
Directions for configuring network ports are specific to the software and hardware being used, and can be found by visiting the manufacturer's website.

If this does not solve your problem, try placing your PlayStation 5 in the DMZ of the router or establishing a direct connection to your modem and retry.

I have the same problem. I can not get just dance unlimited to work on my nintendo switch. I have tried everything and writing to the support team and nothing is happening. I have even payed for a month more but it is still not working
Did you try to re-download Just Dance 2021?
yes i just did. deleted the software and everything and its still not working. i even spent my own money and the danish support team is ****
It is not our net problem. I have just dance 2020 on ps5 and my unlimited it’s working. If I try to play jd2021 instead, it gives me error.
so there is a problem in the game it self?
I don't want to attack anyone, but here is my opinion
I don't understand why you gonna buy a console that was manufactured and released during a global pandemic and a game that has also was released during the pandemic. Of course, there are gonna be a ton of glitches and errors. Developers are required to work at home. If someone wants to buy a console where you want to play Just Dance 2021 without a phone then buy the original Xbox One with Kinect bundle. It's cheap and unlimited there works
After a couple of hours with Ubisoft chat techs. Here is the response:
I don't believe this is an issue tied to the console or your network, but rather an issue that is currently under investigation by our game team! Right now I can take the information that you've given me and go ahead and submit it to them, once we find a solution to the issue they'll reach back out via email.

Ubi(11/27/2020, 6:40:18 PM): Unfortunately not at this time, since you can't access the content you should be able to reach out to PlayStation for a refund until we get the issue resolved and reach back out to you, I really am sorry about the inconvenience of the situation.
Reached out to Playstation for a refund of Unlimited for a Year. They said no because they show it has been streamed. I told them there was no download and it wasn't streamed to my house. They want me to talk to their tech. What a serious waste of time.

I have just dance 2020 along with the unlimited package with xbox one s and kinect and for the last two days since I subscribed to the unlimited package I can't connect most of the time and the internet connection is just fine. I chatted for a very long time with a chat supporter here in ubisoft and he couldnt help and said he will try and get help from the "just dance" team. I still didnt get any answer.
I'm with the same connection problems and waiting for a reply from ubisoft...
