I'd like to ask you to please click reply and press SHIFT and 4 on the number bar above your qwerty or equivalent keyboard while your text cursor is in the input box. It would be marvelous if you could post the results here along with your country of origin.

The results depends on your 'locale' settings for your keyboard. You can do this during Windoze install, or system settings.
