The problem I have is I purchased this game before Christmas as a fully working game. It doesn’t work whatsoever as it’s not compatible with iOS. You have offered no updates whatsoever, telling me it’s still with development doesn’t help me. When will you be giving us all advice on refund processes? Vendors are saying no so please can you investigate. If you can’t tell us when it will be fixed how can we have any confidence? Also mentioning If a ticket is closed it maybe worked on isn’t acceptable, tickets should remain open until fully fixed. Otherwise it makes it even harder for people to know when it’s resolved.
