Agree, you offer details on WHY you brought it back to their service, but THEY are the ones who need to run the diagnostics. Providing a screenshot or video should be optional, not being received as "pics or it didn't happened". A company that respects itself has a dedicated QA that can reproduce this only from the details & sends the report to Devs. I'm sure you know this.
