"We are unable to connect your smartphone, it seems something isnt set correctly"
Hello, I am having troubles connecting my phone to Just Dance 2017. I have purchased it today and downloaded and tried setting it up. I followed the instructions, opened the app, the game says it is searching for phone near me but my phone will say "We are unable to connect your smartphone, it seems something isnt set correctly" I retried several times and nothing. I am connected to the same wifi network, 100% both my devices are. Airplane mode is not activated, do not disturb is not activated, I tried restarting my phone, restarting the wifi router, nothing helped. I have windows 10 and Sony Xperia XZ premium with Android 9. I followed the connectivty issue FAQ https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Fa...fallback=en_US I configured the ports via firewall advanced settings but it didnt help either,. I dont really know what else it could be
