The servers will shut down for an unscheduled maintenance today at 6:00 PM CEST / 12:00 PM EDT / 9:00 AM PDT in order to address the connection error messages.
Estimated down time is 1 hour.

The servers are coming back up. You should be able to log back in and return to your activities, Agents.

We're beginning to see more and more players able to log back in after the ECHO-02 issues. We'll continue to monitor the situation.

Despite the fixes applied, we're seeing some players that are still experiencing connection error messages (Echo, Delta, Foxtrot). Our team is investigating your reports right now. Thank you for your patience.
