[Discussion]The DMG glitch is fixing some of pve balancing issue
This glitch is actually showing how game will look like if both of player and npc have same TTK.Dev should collecting data from this to tune the difficulty.Currently the npc scaling in endgame activity is a joke.
For example the healing box in the boss phase of legendary Capital Hill can keep full hp even I stack all 7 oxide chem launcher on it. My chem launcher have about 330K damage per tick and it tick twice per second. Which means the healing speed is >4.62M.and it
Then let’s see how an agent weapon can do.An full weapon damage agent will have their bullet king have 84k-88k per body shot.just assuming we have 60% crit chance and 130 crit dmg damage to out of cover is full and backpack talent give 15% buff.The expectation per shot for an full weapon damage glass cannon build is
(Base dmg)*(crit expectation)*(dmg out of cover)*(perfect glass cannon)*(backpack talent buff)
86K*(1+0.6*1.30)*(1+0.1+0.15)*1.3*1.15=286K
With 850 RPM it can do 4.05M damage per second.
That means even a full dps build.can’t destroy that healing box.
