I have no problems with the game, maybe only a few minor issues like MP point system and TC layout. And he's not a bot either, lol You wont get many answers in here anyway, tues and friday streams, we get more info in those actually.

He seems like someone who's job is to make people feel like he's slightly concerned, and no more than that. Like an alien simulating a corporate rep. Maybe he's getting up to speed, but frankly, his posts are not how concern or progress look, and while some find the occasional disconnected "I hear you" soothing, I find it genuinely annoying and would rather hear something about how the game is using our feedback to improve.

You said what aMcConghie16, as well as the majority of the Rising community (including myself), is all feeling in a well worded and concise post. Well done!
However, the lack of a comparison of this game to trash, garbage, rubbish or similar refuse, may make it difficult for some people to understand your opinion.
Next time, please include at least one metaphor or hyperbole. Your alien simulation simile is pretty good though :p
Haha I suppose that I'm just tired of the same ol' mindless, trolling rants. Thanks for not being one of those.
Happy riding!
I'll have to correct that then, since last night I bought a copy for my partner to enjoy and we spend a long evening together troubleshooting why the game runs like complete garbage on their identical system. You would think it would be the same, but no, one system has the problem where the game refuses to use the nvidia graphics even though it's been set to do so, and the best you can do is start it and then forcibly disable the integrated graphics. Then it advances to running in a window, unable to fullscreen, disables its audio, and still runs significantly worse than my-again, identical--system.
It's insane that on one system the game is an unfinished mess that doesn't even belong on the market yet, and then on the other system, it's an unarguable piece of garbage that should shame RL down through their ancestry. People have been trying to get this fixed since the beta! They don't even have it on the known issues list, and they have told people it's being investigated months ago. This is a ridiculous problem that's basically just them not using the settings we've set, like how it loads the music volume setting, but ignores it and leaves the music up. How do you even do that, let alone leave it unpatched for months? If I set what graphics hardware the game runs on outside the game, don't screw with that and just use the hardware you're supposed to use. Why even mess with that? They don't have the resources to be doing anything they don't need to do to run the game, yet they went out of their way to make a broken mechanism that ruins the game for many people.
By the time RL bothers to fix it and make the thing properly playable--if they do, since they haven't shown any signs of bothering for months--, it'll be noticeably cheaper. Liars and cheats is all they are to me right now.
