DZ - PvP player PoV
First off no to a PvE only DZ you have a entire open world to do PvE. conflict is boring where the DZ you can move about and do as you plz.. DZ was never meant for just PvE its PvEvP and thats the way it should stay. Good gear at a risk of being killed players.
CP's i think they need there sniper turret removed/reduced range some CP's are worst at this then others. some well hit you form 6 miles away form the CP. I think reducing there range and adding JTF patrols would work better to stop rogues form camping. Also would like to see a reduced number of CP's if you keep the map so small. You kill someone and they are back in seconds or you're chasing someone and they run and hide in a CP nether of what are fun.
DZ as its self.. I think its just to small.. Like i said with the whole to many CP exits above. the map just feels to small. As well as player counts 12 players total feels really bad.
NPC's just need to be tuned down a bit there are way more threatening then players. You can be having a fire fight and get ambushed by 6-8 npcs and die cus of it. npc's while should be out walking around. They should be more focused around landmarks not 50 patrols every where. The endless spawning patrol area is kinda bad also but that could be a bug.
1 shot snipers. Im not saying remove this. Im saying force players to make a sniper build if they wana do this. ATM u can run pretty much any build with a model 700 or nim and just 1 shot someone..
Vector crit builds.. I think the best nerf for this smg.. Is just reduce its RPM by a bet bring it more inline with its counter smg's having 1.2k rpm is kinda wtf..
Crit builds. With the vector above there was some really unneeded changing to crit values.. Gutting every other crit builds AR/LMG/Rifle ect.
Skill builds.. Just yea we know this its been talked about for years now lmao..
Def drone. While the pts is a nice change.. I dont think this thing should have a chance to block 100% of damage maybe 50-60% with the pts change would make it feel less needed in every build. Also would removed the BS that it is in fights.. What makes the person with god rolling RNG unfun to fight vs.. as you could have him down to 10% hp then randomly his drone well just block 10 bullets and he'll kill you instead . That aint fun..
TTK feels a bit better in the PTS... but feels like it needs to be a bit more. im not asking for TD1 im asking to last long enough to have a fire fight regardless of cover(ik its a cover based shooter but sometimes there just isn't any cover.)
corner shooting.. this has been in many of games. but in TD2 its really bad there are a few places ppl can be fully behind a wall shooting threw it.. Some walls need a look into them rofl..
Rogues should be able to talk to players not rogue but not if they are not super close.. This would reduce some toxic trash talking(i mean its a pvp you're going to have this regardless of Voip) so a way i think would work is if they down someone or near they should be able to be heard..
Map size. Iv already talked about this a bit ago. here are some ideas.. just make there size a bit larger. Move the DZ form split to together non-rotating above the white house area. with 40% of the total size being a Norm DZ the rest ODZ with gates connecting form the norm DZ to ODZ. norm DZ like i said a bit a ago with turret and jtf out side of them to stop rogues form camping. ODZ would have nether JTF or turrets. ik nether of these ideas would come very soon but it is a idea that could be done later on.
