Found that revolvers, when manually reloaded before all rounds have been fired, act like a handgun and add an extra round on top of the solid maximum of 6.

Yes, all other weapons work as intended, as their maximum loaded ammo amount is the full magazine plus one in the chamber.
(Addition to above) Err, please note that this is excluding the Crossbow and Grenade Launcher as I have yet to test them.
